How we build it
3D Scanning and Measurement
On jobs where the geometry is complex, we use laser scanning to capture the exact contours of the vessel. It removes the guesswork and means the component fits correctly the first time.

CNC Machining
CNC laser cutting, tube bending and press brake forming are all done in our own workshop. Consistent tolerances, clean results, no subcontracting.

TIG Welding
All welding is done by our own tradespeople who work exclusively in 316 stainless steel. Clean, full-penetration welds that are structurally sound and look the part.

Surface Finishing
We offer brushed, satin and mirror polish finishes. All components are passivated after fabrication to maintain corrosion resistance in saltwater conditions.

The right material for the job
We specify materials based on where the component sits on the vessel and what it needs to do. 316 stainless is our default for anything saltwater-exposed. Other materials are used where they make sense.
316 Marine Grade Stainless
This is what we use on anything exposed to salt water. It holds up offshore where 304 doesn't. If it's going on the outside of a boat, it's 316.

304 Stainless Steel
A good general-purpose stainless with a clean finish. Suitable for sheltered or interior areas where direct salt exposure is minimal.

Marine Grade Aluminium
Used on builds where weight is a factor. Good corrosion resistance and a strong strength-to-weight ratio. Common on canopies and overhead structures.

3005 Aluminium
A practical alloy that bends and cuts cleanly. A sensible option for panels, covers and non-structural components where budget is a consideration.
